American Patriots Against Kokesh

Because Traitors Shall Never Prosper

Is Adam Kokesh Really An Iraq Veteran?

Update:  The answer is yes, see here.

Some interesting anomalies have been gleaned from an examination of Adam’s DD-214 discharge papers.

It seems his Decorations section (Box 13) is curiously blank for an Iraq Veteran, citing only a Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal.

Someone who has actually served in Iraq should have at least these three additional decorations:

Since those three medals are given to anyone who served in Iraq it is very curious that any mention of them would be missing from his papers.

Could his patrols in Iraq have been as imaginary as this?  We report, You Decide!

Perhaps Adam can explain?

Here’s the whole dd-214:

  2. Kokesh is a moron and judging from his DC ignorance, I’m glad he wasn’t relied upon to knock down doors and take down insurgents. His “patrols” reeked of bad “tactics” and evidence of a cheesy movie production. A Kokesh win would be more laughable than Congressman Stuart Smally’s.

  4. Open Letter To New Mexico Voters

I ask each of you to vote for the person who not only would work hard for the state of New Mexico, but who also once elected would not bring dishonor to the state. This information contained in my post can be fact checked by you, as I ask you not to take one word of my post as truth without your own personal review and satisfaction that each word is the truth
I urge each of you to vote for someone who will not only earn those extraordinary benefits by working hard for the residents of New Mexico, but who will also bring honor to the state. Please reject anyone who would bring you dishonor.
Many New Mexicans have served this country honorably or have loved ones who have been or are currently in military service. Some have made the ultimate sacrifice with courage and no thought to their own welfare. Remember them when you vote.
You and your loved ones deserve representation by someone who did not leave military service with an ‘other than honorable’ discharge. Showing himself to have even less character and no patriotism after his less than honorable departure, Kokesh then traveled to a US military base in Germany with his partners in cowardice and insurrection, Iraq Vets Against The War (IVAW), to spread his disgrace & dishonor to our fighting men and women by encouraging them to behave as he did – to forsake their commitments and desert during a time of war.
U.S. Military service is all-volunteer. Kokesh was not forced to enlist … and I’m sure he cashed every paycheck.
Don’t take my word for it, check out the facts for yourselves. The information is easy to find and only a mouse click away
    New Mexico deserves better
    Thanks for hearing me out.

  6. […] I also hate it when people don’t tell the truth inadvertently or otherwise. Free Republic and American Patriots Against Kokesh have a thread questioning Kokesh’s Iraq vet creds. They both use a copy of Kokesh’s […]

  10. if

May I ask, if the Iraq Vets Against The War honor there buddies now in combat why have they not taken positive action to insure a new Wall will stand in Washington DC to honor there Brothers & Sisters who paid the price in combat ?

The IVAW members were trained, supported and funded by the Vietnam Vets Against the War, and there splinter group, Vets for “Peace”.

Now that President Obama is in office it seems IVAW funding has dried up and both VVAW & VFP have climbed back under there rock.

A pox upon all three of these vile groups who pander for surender on the battlefield as there buddies bleed and die.
May they rot in the trash heap of history and may America forget there names.

  11. I guess that there are 3 pages to Kokesh’s 214 not just the one page usually shown. Jim B and TAH have been going back and forth on this point. I have not seen the entire 3 page 214 so I don’t know but maybe they are listed on the other pages? One thing I do know, how could a guy that never saw combat be running around claiming PTSD? Talk about a slap in the face to our warriors that really need help.

  12. I have to admit that I was misled by this site although I think that it was totally by mistake. With his 214 published for the reason this site said, to prove he was not a sergeant, I thought that was the only page to it. Mine is 1 page! To fault someone for using this information is a to fault oneself for not making it clear that the 214 had additional pages. The entire thing should have been posted, imho. However, too much is being made of this whole thing. I am more interested in fact that it does not show a War on Terror Ribbon. Do they remove these if your discharge is downgraded?

  13. Block 12 of his DD 214 indicates no foreign or sea service prior to his separation on 11/30/2006. I’ve never heard of a three page DD 215. There are supplements, but they have different numbers than 214 & would not pertain to the data in block 12 on the face page of a 214. I have several of my own 214’s, covering different periods of enlistment, and also my service record book that was maintained by my last command. It is my personal opinion that this Marine never served outside of CONUS. Furthermore, it used to be policy in the Corps, to not deploy enlisted members with less than 13 months active duty remaining on their enlistments outside of the United States. In those circumstances, if their unit rotated, they would be moved to barracks duty until discharged. I doubt this policy was changed for a civil affairs E-4. No matter how important he thought he was to the war effort.

  14. Noticed on another thread that another 214 exists covering another term of service. Be advised that his does not constitute another page of the one posted above, but is an entirely separate document. In any event, not being able to locate said further 214s, I apologize for shooting from the hip. This kid is still a disgrace in my opinion.

  15. IVAW Post for PFC Adam Kokesh
Note..You are not allowed to post your comment but you can use his rant to feed his words back to him in New Mexico. as of March 10th 2010 this is te real Adam Kokesh.
My response to this vile foul mouth excuse for a Marine.
    PFC Adam Kokesh
I find your Potty Mouth response to the active duty Major deployed in a combat zone to represent your true character and content as a former member of the US military. Your past documented military history aside I can sure the voters of New Mexico will find you words of great value when they choose their next Congress person.
As a very active retired military officer and two tour Vietnam Vet who fully supports both the mission and the troops deployed in combat I will work to insure you receive wide coverage of your own vile words to one who dares question your military service.
There is no need to investigate your past, reather to use your own words to expose your true charactor.
No matter if the weapon you smuggled home was a enemy captured weapon or you purchased the weapon from others you were in violation of the UCMJ, you lucked out Adam as many other military members have received prison time and a DD and BCD discharges for this offense.

I suggest you have your supporters monitor the New Mexico political web sites and news media to see the response of New Mexico voters to your foul mouth response.
